What You Need to Do
Users can request deletion of their SERVPLZ account and personal information associated with their account. To request deletion, send an email to:
The request should preferably be sent from the email address associated with your SERVPLZ account.
What to Include in Your Email
Please include the following information in your deletion request:
- Registered name
- Registered email address
- Phone number, if associated with your account
- A clear statement that you want your SERVPLZ account/data deleted
Important: Do not send passwords, OTPs, authentication tokens, or other sensitive credentials by email.
What Happens Next
- SERVPLZ receives the deletion request.
- The request may be verified to protect the account from unauthorized deletion requests.
- SERVPLZ manually reviews the account and associated information.
- Applicable personal data is deleted or anonymized.
- Certain information may be retained where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, accounting, or other legitimate requirements.
- You will be notified when the request has been processed.
We do not promise immediate deletion or a specific processing time.
Information That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law, for security and fraud prevention, to resolve disputes, maintain required business records, or comply with other legitimate obligations.
Account deletion does not necessarily mean that every record can be removed immediately.
